"A really terrific location, sweet little suite. Very well appointed. Good availability for parking. "

"It was a beautiful home - close to downtown Vancouver, about a 15 mins drive. We were able to fit all 9 adults and a small dog in the home. It was nice to have garage space for our car as we were driving from the USA on a road trip. The kitchen was well-stocked with the essentials and there was a washer/dryer unit available, however it was a bit too high tech for some of the older folks in our family to use. Overall, would highly recommend this home for big groups. "

"The pictures on the website don't do it justice. Very large 2 bdrm,2bth suite, quite but close to everything like hospital, restaurants, nice park. Hadi is an excellent host. We will be coming back. Thanks Hadi."

"My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a fantastic stay! The house was the perfect size and VERY clean! The décor made it feel so comfortable and cozy. The location was wonderful! Close to all the attractions and mountains. The hosts, Linda and Peter were so lovely and pleasant to chat with. Communication was easy and reassuring. We definitely will stay here again! "

"A lovely basement apartment with all possible amenities provided. The neighborhood could not have been more beautiful. Also within easy walking distances to restaurants and grocery etc."

"Basically a new build with a basement suite designed and built for short-term rental. Accommodating 6 in 3 rooms with en suites and a compact common area, it's a great homebase to stay with a group. It's in a nice residential area but you probably need a vehicle to make it work."

"Very nice neighborhood, quiet and felt safe. Restaurants and shops within walking distance, as well as the waterfront. The house was beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of room for our group of six adults. Beds were comfortable. Very functional kitchen. We loved the steam shower."

"Didnt care for the toilet paper fixtures that created a little struggle. Suggest replacing the toilet paper fixtures."

"Great location and beautifully set-up. There was minimal bedding and extra blankets with a low temperature. With a quick phone call, the host was able to turn the heat up- which made a huge difference. "

"This is actually the Rosedale on Robson Hotel althoughon Hotels.com booked as Rosedale on Robson Condominium. Very good King bed mattress. Smaller living space but all that we needed was present including stove top, microwave, fridge and cooking/eating utensils. All staff were great!"

"Really nice property in a good area - lots of dining options and right by the water. Literally our only complaint would be limited seating in the unit itself. A lot of empty space and just two dining chairs. Not a make or break would just be something nice to have (I.e., a couch/lounger)"
