"First thing we realised when we turned up was that you are not staying on a farm but in a characterful old farmhouse. You have to park on the road outside but it is off the main road and is very quiet. Jan, is a wonderful host, welcoming, friendly, and a really good cook. The breakfasts and the one evening meal we had were excellent - and better than the ones we had in the upmarket hotel we stayed in afterwards. If you like good food then consider staying here. The dining room is nice to eat...

"We had a lovely few days at Dale House. Dominique is a wonderful host and a skilful chef. We had a memorable dinner one evening and our cooked breakfast each morning was a highlight. Dale House is located in a very quiet spot within the moors so if you appreciate the peacefulness this place is for you. "

"Myself and my partner chose the green grove country house b&b as mini moon for after our wedding and wow they were amazing. Allowing us to check in early to being flexible and welcoming. The room was amazing and was everything we wanted and more. Excellent facilities and very very clean. Adding extra small touches and being super friendly. "What a wonderful stay. Room absolutely gorgeous and with everything you could require even a fridge. Wide range of hot beverages to choose from. So clean and warm.
