"Accommodation was absolutely spotless. The decor and furnishings are lovely, even had a christmas tree and decorations, it was so warm and cosy. The hosts left us some provisions, which was appreciated. The location was perfect for us, nice and quiet, with an enclosed patio area so our dogs were nice and safe. Nice walks in the area, pity the pub wasn't open as its literally 5 min walk away. Skipton is only 8 minutes drive away. Would definitely book to stay here again and will recommend to...

"We enjoyed our stay here in Otley. There are views to the River Wharfe from the front windows, and it was an easy walk into town. Everything was neat and clean. There are also a lot of steps (which might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues) and the double beds are small. "

"All we needed was somewhere to stay with enough space that was close to the centre - this property was definitely that and it was fine. The rooms were nice and it was all functional. There were quite a few broken things (e.g. a fan was broken, the rod to close the blinds in the bedroom was snapped off, the bathroom towel rail was hanging off the wall) but nothing that impacted our stay. The hosts were also really responsive and friendly. "

"Came to Harrogate for a few days and this place was perfect. Has everything you need. It’s clean and the host was very very helpful with great communication. Location is easy to get into Harrogate and even in the snow storm I could walk into the centre as the buses were suspended. There’s a shop at the end of the road and the neighbourhood is very quiet.
