"Great location, home big and clean, parking area is limited in size. There was only 1 other vehicle there while we stayed so our Suburban was able to fit but if there were more than that we wouldn't have fit. Would like to have check out information either emailed from the host or left in the home. I had to go out to the actual listing to find the check out information under house details."

"We could not be happier with our stay in Grass Valley. The property was very clean, warm & welcoming. Charming decor, comfortable beds and all the amenities of home were offered. Our host even provided Starbucks K-cups for the Kuerig! The private outdoor patio was a bonus which allowed us time to enjoy the outdoors in a quiet peaceful setting. The location couldn’t be more perfect, just one block away from the downtown area yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend booking...

"Dirty af, there were bugs and mildew in the shower. I showered with my sandals on! Half of the amenities that were listed weren't there! No pool, washer/dryer, iron, microwave, utensils, towels or even hand soap!!! Guy (Luis, I think) doesn't answer the phone when called and isn't very responsive. Honestly this was my first time using the app and I'll most likely be going back to hotel life after this experience."

"Stayed over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate the 94th birthday of my mom who lives in a nearby senior living facility. This location was perfect for driving into Grass Valley (a tad too far and hilly for a comfy walk from town). The apartment was spacious with a nice, small kitchen and wonderful views of the pine lined mountains in the distance. A great rate and comfy get away."
