"The staff was welcoming. As we walked into the hotel with our luggage and other items, we were seen by a staff member (I actually think she was the owner) and she immediately opened the door and greeted us. It was refreshing. The desk staff, Natasha and Zakira, were very pleasant. I had an issue with the cleanliness within and withour the room, I bought it to the attention of one staff member, Clark.
