Gym- fill the automatic disinfectant station or leave wipes. You feel a bit grimey as there is no way to clean anything before or after using. Room Cleaning- never replaced hand towels or face cloths. We went to Waves upon arriving while our room was being readied and waiting 20 minutes at counter bar. We asked for drink menu but no one ever came to take...
