Its truly on the beach. However, no elevator makes it hard with luggage on the 3rd flooor. No information in the rooms about amenities available, for example: beach towels. The manager at the restaurant, Amy was amazing!

We loved the view. The maintenance part was main issue. Electric outlets only half worked. For the high price to stay there some of the things were way out dated and damaged.we asked for coffee and creamer every day and half the time no creamer. The restaurant there was awesome and the food was good but Amy the waitress/manager made us feel so special and if something wasn’t perfect she saw to it to make it perfect.

Close to airport and having a room on the beach was great. Food was good although an a la cart menu for breakfast would have been nice. Some of the hotel was in need of repair and having a person look over the beach to pick up left over trash and towels would be great. I would recommend this place for a stay in St. Thomas.

The property had a nice view but the service at the restaurant/bar was awful, the cafe wasn't open at all for our entire stay, and the towel rack in the bathroom was broken.

The beach and pool area were lovely, and our room was fairly nice and spacious. The food at the restaurant was very good, but they didn't have enough waiters. We had to go to the bar and order our food and drinks rather than someone coming to our table and waiting on us. Our t.v. in the room didn't work either.

Pool was disgustingly green. Needed serious attention. Beach has great potential but had junk laying around. Bar staff girls were rude even though we tipped very well. All other staff were very polite and gracious. Not very much service to guests staying at tge hotel for what we paid.

This property is very close to the airport and was enjoyable watching planes take off and land. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beach is right off the restaurant/bar. There are plenty of lounge chairs and water sports right there. We rented a car but taxi service was right there when needed. You are 10 minutes from downtown with many shops and restaurants. I would stay at this hotel again.

Emerald Beach Resort was perfect for us. The room was comfortable, and the beautiful beach was just steps away. Restaurant and Bar on site and it's not too far away from other options. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return trip.
