"The rooms were large, with both a shower and a bath tub. There were both electric outlets and USB battery-charging outlets in all rooms. There was an electric tea kettle and tea with biscuits available, and a large screen plasma television set. Multiple storage spaces. An ironing board and iron. When I had a problem with a clogged bath drain, a non-working phone, and water on the bathroom floor, they were resolved in minutes. The staff was courteous, available, and efficient, even at 2:00 am after I had locked myself out of my room. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I traveled down from Belfast and stayed the night here before my flight out the next day. The checkin was easy, room was clean, and it was an easy walk to terminal 2. The restaurant was delicious for dinner and I enjoyed a cocktail after. My stay included breakfast the next morning which was a hot bar and cold bar…the eggs and sausages were yummy! "
