"Even tho this property was undergoing a slight bit of reservation, a strong point was the degree of quiet and lack of traffic noise even tho it was just off a major Interstate Hwy. However there are obvious areas where they need improvement. First thing I noticed was the extremely frayed and old bathmat; it really belonged in a landfill.
