"When talking about the hotel and hotel staff, everything was amazing. I was easily accommodated with a hair dryer in minutes. The sweet women at the check in/out desk provided rapid services. Now, as far as valet? TERRIBLE. My boyfriend requested the truck as we were checking out. "The property has alot of options, for swimming and dining. They have some extra spots for fun with the candy shop, topgolf and a small arcade space. The pools were fun and the indoor stayed open late which was so nice. The rooms are basic, bathroom is tiny but its clean. "

"This was a great value. Clean, quiet and comfortable. We really appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport and there were some nice selections for breakfast. More egg/gluten free/dairy free options would be helpful. We were glad we ate our evening meal at the airport as there weren't quality restaurants nearby to choose from. "

"Our stay was very good. Our only complaint was that our key fab did not work consistently on the necessary doors. This was especially an issue when we arrived at Kasa Greenville at 1:00 am with our luggage and a bag of groceries. We did manage to get into the building from the parking garage eventually-- but had to try 5 different doors before we found a door that would open for our key fab. The next day, that door wouldn't open, but one of the others that didn't open the previous day, would...
