First time staying here and we will stay again. Everyone was nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. My kids actually enjoyed the pool wasn’t to cold like most places and they end up not swimming. So that was a win in itself! Would have liked it a little warmer in the pool area myself but as long as the kids got to enjoy it I’m happy

They kept trying to charge my card and the kept adding different fees so I had to go down and get them to take off certain things off the didn’t apply to my room The cleanliness was good but we kept having to go down stairs to get thing like new towels or tissue or hand soap The phone in the room didn’t work at all The pool area was way to strong of chlorine and hot steam so I couldn’t really breathe in that The guest was very sweet but very slow to help with stuff you need so overall it was 6/10

Lamp shade in poor condition, torn. I had to clean some kind of sticky mess on the nightstand. I went around the room and cleaned with Clorox wipes. Trash was not taken out, I had to do that myself. I called front desk from my room, was always busy. We stayed several nights, 8 or 9. We only got the room somewhat cleaned because I found a housekeeper and let her know. We will probably not stay at this hotel again. Too much work on my part.

Staff at this property were polite. The breakfast ladies went above and beyond. My room clearly needed some repairs. The shower handle came completely off when we touched it. It was hard to turn the water on and off of course. I tried calling the front desk several time but the line was busy for over an hour. Gave up!!! They have sliding doors for the bathroom and mine would not stay shut at all. Attempted to make a door stopper with a towel. They only put one face towel in the room. Half the buttons on the remote didn't work. Glad I only stayed one day.

Everything about our stay was pretty average. The only real negative was that we had asked in advance for a pack n play, and they added the note to our reservation, so we didn’t bring our own, but then they ran out before we got there, so we had to improvise. Didn’t even get an apology. Otherwise, staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Would have appreciated more fruit, as they only had apples.

Rented 2 rooms, one across the hall way from each other: one was great on all aspects while the other room had a few plugs and the big light above bathroom sink not functioning. The light on the desk also had a broken shade. The staff at breakfast was very helpful and kind.
