"Heather was so accommodating for the dates we needed for my son’s wedding. We traveled all the way from CT. The detail in the decor made us feel right at home and very comfortable. "I had a wonderful week-long stay at this farmhouse in McKinney. The house sits on almost 80 acres of beautiful pastures with around 30 cows and bulls (my count at the time) roaming freely in them. Kali the cat roams in and out of the house and is very affectionate and friendly. It’s a great place to enjoy nature, and yet downtown McKinney is a short drive (10-15 minutes) away. I would certainly stay here again."

"We had a fantastic time at the Mavik Ranch. Communication with the host was exceptional. The property was as listed. We had plenty of room and comfort. Having a pool was great with how hot it was. Would highly recommend the property. "

"Amazing stay - didn't realize we get free transportation anywhere within a 3 mile radius and we were delighted by the "extras" including complimentary wine and champagne, fruited water, cookies and tea sandwiches in the afternoon and a free coffee bar in the morning. Easy to walk to lots of sights, restaurants, etc. and very clean and safe area. Great gym but disappointed the pool was closed. A SUPER STAY !"
