"Everything was good with the exception of the toilet in the bathroom. It looked like there was dried urine on the toilet seat. Luckily, I had brought Clorox wipes with me. It made me worry about the shape of the rest of the room but the rest was immaculate. I know others have used the room before, you just shouldn't be that reminded of it. "

"The room was spacious, the free breakfast, and being able to be left alone with the do not disturb sign that comes with the room. I did not like that the WiFi was hardly ever able to be connected, but overall a great experience "

"Staff was very friendly, the continental breakfast was great, and on-site laundry machines were a life saver. There is also drinks and snacks for purchase which was great. Free airport shuttle was super helpful and convenient. Several options available nearby for food. Gas station with Whatabuger inside within walking distance. The hotel was clean and also a nice quiet stay. Would definitely stay again. "

"After an emergency set back our trip arrival 24 hours, the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our reservation stayed intact. They handled the situation with so much care. The room was fantastic. Team was fantastic. Location was great, with lots of food and entertainment in a walkable area. Yes, there were some characters outside but I have no question where to book my next trip to dallas"
