"Mark’s 1 bedroom ground floor condo is in an excellent location off Chandler with easy access to all amenities. The gated community is very nicely kept and the heated pool and jacuzzi are a wonderful addition to any day whether out and about or just enjoying a lazy day. Mark has equipped the unit well with everything needed. He was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any inquiry. Lovely patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. Would definitely use again. "

"My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The complex was quiet, yet close to restaurants, shopping, baseball, the airport, the zoo, and the botanical gardens. The beds and the couch were super comfy!"

"Right when we walked into the property we knew we chose the right home. Treats were waiting for us and cold drinks in the fridge. The outdoor patio was where we spent all of our time. The pool was fabulous as wel. Walking to Old Town was convenient too "

"The condo was nice. The bed was too soft and our check in was problematic. We were not given the gate code before arrival so we couldn’t get into the property. I reached out to the host, but he didn’t respond until the following day. We had to wait for another car to arrive at the gate and they let us know their gate code."

"Location to Old Town, local coffee shops is walkable! The property has spacious rooms, outdoor terraces: great kitchen! The hosts are very attentive to you, especially making sure to check on our ease of accessing the property as well as any other question."

"Wonderful stay!The place was clean, tidy, updated & overall great.Kitchen, bathrooms & bedrooms had a variety of useful items! Was able to always find parking on the street right in front of the building. Clear messaging details with host as well!Plenty of close restaurants, coffee shops, bars all within walking distance. A great coffee, wine, lounge directly across the street which we went to daily. Would certainly stay again!"

"The property was very clean and all furnishing La were in good condition. The bedding was nice quality and the beds very comfortable. The layout of the unit is very nice and fit our needs well. The proximity to the freeway was nice (2 miles away), the proximity to Old Town Scottsdale was a 5 minute drive and the airport about a 15 minute drive. I would stay here again. "

"In part we chose this unit as it said the pool was heated. it wasn't.also, a very small thing, but the unwrapped bar of soap in the shower was a bit off putting. It was a bit odd for there to be beer and cheese in our refrigerator."
