"Enjoyed our 4 night stay. My husband and I enjoyed walking around the lake in the morning and enjoying our coffee on the patio. The property manager was very helpful when we were trying to figure out the key fob and ultimately negotiated a late check out as we had a late flight out. We have come to the Phoenix area several times for Spring Training and felt this location was great with easy access to the airport and highways around the city. "PRO’s: Spacious, well equipped, and close to shopping, groceries, restaurants. No adjacent shared wall units. Property management was very prompt and accommodating to requests. Nice nearby Park other side of parking area. CON: Bedrooms have blinds only, no curtains to lessen sunlight/side-street noise. "

"Liked the location being so close to major roads, large pool and workout room, several restaurants within steps of the building. Did not like the hard-as-a-park-bench sofa, coffee table with wobbly legs, cheap kitchen and bathroom counter tops that were hard to clean. "Everything was great. We have stayed in Anderson Lakes Condos so we know what to expect. The bonus was Rod and Erika! They are excellent hosts. Extremely responsive, well organized and have everything we need in a quiet and convenient setting. They shocked us when I reported the dishwasher wasn’t working in the morning and by 3 PM they had it replaced. Amazing service! Wonderful people we enjoyed meeting. We’ve already made plans to be back!"
