"Property was in good condition and near a lot of great local amenities. We were not able to use the pool because there was no key provided. I asked about it but never heard back. Also, painters were working the first two days we stayed there and we didn't know that would be the case. That's probably a rare occurrence, though "

They communicated so incredibly well with a book of information provided. The casita was stocked with all my needs and the area outside made me feel like I was in the “country” near downtown Phoenix. Great little neighborhood. Larry and Kristi were super nice and engaging as well!"

"We were in Scottsdale for a couple of days at the end of our winter family vacation trip to Arizona and were looking for a place that offered heated outdoor pool. John’s house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the house and the pool. The neighborhood was nice and we had easy access to the highways to get around town. John had a small welcome basket of snacks waiting for us which we all appreciated. "

The house had a lot of extra towels (for both the pool area & showering) and the house was very clean when we checked in. My kids enjoyed the extras - the shuffleboard table, some of the kid toys/books that were available. Thanks for a great place to stay!"

"Johnny was a good and helpful host. I changed my phone days before coming, and couldn't retrieve the instructions he had sent. I phoned him and he talked me through where to park and what to do. When the thermostat dipped below 60 degrees inside the first night, he texted me the next day to see if I needed help with the thermostat. Actually we were quite fine and enjoying the coolness for sleep! The unit had everything we might need - soap and shampoo in the shower, a Keurig and K-cups in...

"Nice and comfortable home away from home. Large kitchen and great room was really great for our family and dog for the weekend. Close by grocery store and restaurants. Nice quiet and safe neighborhood and great for afternoon walks. "
