"Good location, very clean, I would stay again. However a few things to be aware of. #1 - Entry and parking is confusing and not well explained. We were told the garage parking spot, but it was not clear which garage. The unit faces a series of garages, but those are wrong, it's the garages in the "alley" in between several units. Also there was no way to open the door between the unit and the garage first, you had to open the unit from the front door and then there was a key hanging near the...

"Very clean and well apportioned condo. The owner was very communicative. Everything we needed was in the condo. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host provided keurig coffee pods, some light snacks and water, which was very nice.. However, the coffee maker is a keurig not a coffee maker. Also, the condo is upstairs. Being able to go up and down 18 steps is required. Would stay here again. Some reviews mention parking, which isn't really a big deal unless...

"Clean, nicely appointed condo. Great location. 1 mile from the 101, 5 minutes from ASU and Tempe Marketplace. Beds were comfy. Nitpicks (which did not effect our fondness for this place, just suggestions to make it even better):Kitchen ware a little sparse, a little beaten up. But the coffee available was a nice touch. Check in at 4 seems later than it ought to be but no biggie.Would we stay here again? Absolutely."

"Tempe is not necessarily a walking town. So we rented a couple of bikes for the week and were able to do everything from this place. Coffee, concerts, cubs games, restaurants. There is a good "social hall" just down the street, coffee about 1 mile west, and the Cubs are only 1.5 miles away. The king bed is wonderfully comfortable, linens very nice, and a great place to relax. "
