"From the time of booking we had excellent communication with the property manager, Juanjo. He was proactive in keeping us in the picture and immediately prior to our rental he sent details of good restaurants and shopping. All most useful. The house is 'shabby chic' and as a result has a special charm. Lovely gardens and very peaceful despite the fact that it is close to town. It had everything that we needed and more. A most enjoyable stay."

"Nice location but a bit too far out for us. Bedrooms nice and large with plenty of wardrobe space. Could do with a little TLC. ( starting to get a bit tired ) a cover over the pool would get the water temperature up especially this time of year. Neighbourhood nice and quiet. "Absolutely horrible stay, disgusting stay & even worse service. Should have know this was going to be a disastrous stay the night before, the property manager emailed stating there was a plumbing issue with the upstairs bathroom but was hopefully getting fixed. At this point I should have said we were cancelling & to refund us! We checked in & there was sewage smell which the plumbers came to try & fix but the smell was there throughout our stay. "The villa had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was good, kitchen had all you would need. Jacuzzi was super, although there is a time limit of 2pm-10pm. We did not use the plunge pool, as it was to cool. The villia is situated just minutes from TF5 - which gives you easy access to the rest of the island.
