"Really enjoyed this property! The views were gorgeous, and it is a convenient spot if you want to drive up to El Teide. The area was really quiet, peaceful, and private. The host was very responsive and helpful for local tips/suggestions. The bedrooms are very cozy as well! The property is up in the hills so be prepared for a steep climb up the road before getting to the driveway (depending on which way you come from), but there was no problem using the rental car to get up there and had an...

"A rather old building in need of a bit of renovation but clean and tidy. Good size bath tub, 2nd floor room with balcony (paid a bit extra but worth it). Small pool on top floor, good sun terrace and beds."

"I’ve been coming to this property for over 20 years and after a 6 year gap due to covid etc it was nice to be back. It’s 3 star so it’s basic but nice. Recently refurbished with better equipment in the mini kitchen and now even a hairdryer. No evening meals anymore, but plenty of options nearby. Pool nice but missing a few tiles which makes it look dirty, but I saw plenty of cleaning etc. grounds kept nice. Staff friendly. Used the laundry €6 for a wash. "We had an amazing stay at El Tope, it was just what we wanted. Would love to see some more amenities at the hotel and more activities/events within the hotel itself. The rooftop bar was a highlight which seemed newly built, there were works going on whilst we were there so hopefully even more new stuff to come! Thanks El Tope for a wonderful vacation"
