"We had an incredible stay at this property! The pool area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful water features and ambient lighting that created the perfect vibe for relaxing evenings. "Everything was great, spacious clean condo. We only stayed one night on the way to the airport. The only complains are that there was no coffee or tea. There was a coffee machine, but the only thing we found was Folgers instant coffee that we decided to avoid."

"Comfortable property in a nice neighborhood. Clean, all the conveniences. Host was most hospitable. For us, location was great — we were at a golf event in East Orlando. About 10 minutes to a wide range of great restaurants."

"We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

"The house is spacious and clean. Well stocked. Great location. I would definitely rent it again. It would be helpful to have directions on how to operate air conditioner. Also, there are plenty of tvs but we couldn’t figure out what is available—cable? Netflix? I logged into my Hulu so we could watch tv. Everything else was great!"

"Myself and a few friends needed a place to stay for a concert in Orlando. This place worked out great. Centrally located and easily accommodated 3 adults. House was as described and was perfect for our needs."

"Plenty reasonable for the price. Clean, neat and everything worked. Driveway parking for 3 vehicles. One of the bathrooms can only be accessed through a bedroom, but wasn't a problem for my crew. Communications with property manager were friendly, responsive and on point. If you get the chance to meet the next door neighbor Robert, who oversees the property, you'll agree he is a delightful human being. "

"Casa Winter Park had everything we needed and more! Great location with shopping nearby and close to downtown Winter Park! So much space to accommodate our large family. Every bedroom has a en suite bathroom, perfect for privacy. The large family room, kitchen and pool/backyard was amazing to entertain family before and after the wedding. "

"Steve did a great job with this home, it’s well maintained and it has the feel of a comfy cabin in the woods! Everything was clean and ready for us and we enjoyed our three day stay."

The only thing I would say that was a negative was the A/c it was a little warm at night. I brought a box fan and that helped but I enjoyed our stay! Would recommend to others. "

"Under the Palms was an excellent experience for us. It has all the room and basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and it is clean and quiet. LuAnne and Randy are kind hosts, available as needed and never intrusive. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant for walking. Highly recommended."

"Stayed here to visit my sisters who spend the winter in Florida. The house had everything we needed and was spotless. We liked it very much. Close to the adorable downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. Will return."

"This old house is beautifully renovated. The screened in front porch with the fountain on the side was awesome. A great place to gather. The kitchen was beautiful. We will definitely return."
