"The hotel breakfast was wonderful and asthetic was nice. The room was very clean, however the ceiling tiles made a very loud banging sound everytime we opened the door to the toilet, which was a little startling."

"Location was excellent. Room service breakfast was generous. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Although facility is a bit outdated, it’s understandable due to the age of the building. Lobby/office is on the 3rd floor. It’s not favorable if guests have multiple luggages since elevator is a bit tight and will have few floor stops during check-in and check-out (i.e. street level, lobby/office, actual room-floor location). "

"Great location with amazing views. On a busy road but this didn’t bother us. Friendly, helpful staff, especially Cesar on reception at check in. Free hot drinks, pop corn and sweets in the lobby. Complimentary wine, chocolates and drinks in the mini bar were a very nice surprise. Decent gym with cardio machines, free weights and a cable machine but no air conditioning which meant it was very hot! Nice looking sauna and hamas area although we didn’t use these. Lots of restaurants within walking...

"We stayed at the Swiss Luxury Apartments for the start of our honeymoon for four nights. The location is really good a block or two from Lake Geneva and the staff were very friendly, the apartment itself was very comfortable with a wonderful bed. It wasn’t perfect, for a very expensive hotel there were issues, the hot water isn’t nearly hot enough, we had a cushion with a tear, we were promised a daily gift but these didn’t all arrive.
