my sister and i where only there for a short time but it was beautiful, the stuff was so helpful after a long day a travelling out room wasn’t ready and he so nicely upgraded us we had the best time and the room was amazing best sleep we had in a while !

Stayed there for years now but having A/C turned off to force you to open your windows when you have the red light district a few blocks aways is the perfect combination to get NO sleep. Found my towel stained with red lipstick. Little to nothing was done to fix this bad experience.

Great hotel, with all the amenities on place. Very convenient since is across the train station. AC works wonderful ( very rare in Switzerland) Personal is very nice.

A lovely hotel just across the road from Geneva train station , very friendly staff , our penthouse room was spacious , the bed was amazingly comfortable and the view from our terrace was outstanding a view of the fountain and big wheel on lake Geneva . The bathroom was a nice size with a bath and lovely toiletries . There was a kettle with tea and coffee and milk and fridge was stocked with various drinks and bar snacks which you pay for , but you had a bottle of water daily free , and a nice touch was every evening about 6 pm there was a tap at our door and a member of staff came with a basket of Swiss chocolates and you could take some , never had that before in a hotel so that is a lovely gesture and yummy to , we ate twice in the restaurant and the service was excellent very friendly waiter and the food was very good , both the Chardonnay and the Prosecco we had was really nice as well . It was only a ten min walk down to the lake and to the coach for a trip to Annace which was beautiful well worth a visit . A fab trip would defiantly stay here again .

The hotel looks dated but room are very comfy and with all the amenities including a good AC ( hard to find in Switzerland) staff is very nice and hotel is clean, the lobby bar is very convenient to finish a day. Hotel is across the train station, and 15-20 minutes walking distance to the lake and city center. I will totally recommend this hotel

It was a delight to be able to get off the train and walk across the street to our hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

For the location that property can’t be beat. It’s right across the street from the train station. I only gave it four stars just because the rooms were a little dated. But it was very comfortable, relatively quiet for the location, and very convenient.
