"Best things are the location, cause it’s walkable to main spots, and the thermal water pool. But it’s not a 5 star hotel. Few options to eat inside the hotel, quite basic and very expensive for the standard. Rooms are a bit outdated. Staff was kind and willing to help. We got a room in front of a laundry closet, there was too much noise coming from it. "

The food was great, the staff was friendly, they offered us lots of snacks and plenty of water in our rooms, daily housekeeping, just all in all a great experience. We got married at Isola del Garda, just a 30 minute boat ride from the dock behind the hotel which was convenient. The asthetic of the property was very elegant, old money luxury. "This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and we travel frequently. The service is beyond amazing and the property is so beautiful overlooking the lake and the mountains, it takes your breath away. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, gym and pool are magnificent and breakfast each morning is wonderful. I cried when we left!"

"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."
