Jacuzzi in the room with thermal water - dont think anywhere else you can find that. Spa - excellent. Thermal park - excellent. Food in the restaurant - excellent. "The hotel was close to the train station making arriving and departing easy. It was an easy walk to the port to get a ferry. The bus stop is close for using the bus. It had a lovely sitting area on the roof. The hotel was clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. No gluten free on offer. "

"Parking is a hassel. It is about 1/2 a kilometer away from the hotel. Then you have to take a cart to and from the hotel even with your luggage. In no where on the hotel descriptions this important information. When we arrived, I had to park on th street, then walk 5 min to get to the hotel to get the code to enter the parking lot... It would have been helpful to get this information ahead of time and the parking code. Othe than that the hotel is clean with beautiful view on the lake. "

"Great property for visiting lake Garda, friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast was good I just wish all of Italy would cook their scrambled eggs a little firmer 😂 but all in all a great stay! Wonderful parking for those coming bye car. My wife also loved the hotel. "

"Single bedrooms are quite small and A/C unit did not produce a lot of cool air. Breakfast is excellent and service is good. Nice balcony, plenty of parking, and good WiFi. I wish there was a larger desk in the room."
