"Cute hotel overall. Good location to walk to dinner. The room was completely muggy and stunk of old cigarette smoke. Luckily didn’t spend too much time in the room. There was no service at the wine bar downstairs. The breakfast though was fantastic. "

And the morning staff went above and beyond. There is a man who works at the desk at night who was rude and was not helpful at all and would not help answer my questions or help me at all. That is unfortunate because all of the other front desk staff was exceptional. They helped give tips about Sirmione and even Verona. Rooms are a bit small...
