"The property is nice and in a good location in Laguna Woods. There are places to eat and shopping very close by. The rooms are definitely dated and need updating, but clean. Breakfast here did not disappoint!! The happy hour was a very nice touch as well. "

"Everything was great except for one thing . We got there at 1045 am and our room was ready but they would only let us go in if we paid an extra $35 . If we did not pay we had to wait until 12 to get our keys . I think that is really just trying to get more money and horrible policy. If the room is ready we should be able to use it and if it is not ready then we would need to wait for it and no one gives me any money back. I paid for a room and if it is ready I should just get the keys !!"
