"The resort is right on a beautiful stretch of beach. We upgraded to an ocean front suite with a breathtaking view. The valet staff were super friendly. Sarah at the desk was very gracious at check in. The first two experiences in the restaurant were not good. Staff clearly didn't want to be working and the woman bartender was not pleasant. "It was nice to stay at the upgraded Outrigger Ka’anapali beach resort. Its location is unmatched and rooms were comfortable and clean. We had an recently updated room which was nice but it had an ajoining door to another room so noise transference between rooms was very noticeable and difficult to deal with. Maui Brewing is the restaurant on site and it’s ok but nothing special. The couple of downsides are the pool is unheated so hard to use on weather inclement days and there is no hot tub....
