"Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away. The house is clean, well stocked, TV's in every room, big kitchen and the roof top area is an awesome hang out area! The one car garage allowed us to park off the street and was an additional plus!"

"We enjoyed our stay for our Disneyland trip with the grandkids. There were 2 pack & plays, and several strollers and kids toys for our use. Beds were very comfortable. The owners were very helpful and responsive. The pool was sparkling clean and they had several different size safety floaties and pool toys for the kids. The pans they had in the kitchen were the best I’ve ever used. So easy to clean. I am looking in to getting a set for myself!Not far from Disney, but with little ones it would be...

"Very professional and friendly staff. Allowed us to check-in a couple hours early. Very responsive to questions. Nice set-up with each bedroom having direct access to a bathroom. The game room was a lot of fun. Nice swimming pool. Would defiantly recommend! "

"The rental was lovely and well-appointed. My only feedback is that nearly all of the TV-related remotes had dead batteries, so we had to consolidate batteries from a single working remote and continually move them around. The best part was the location! Only 15 minutes from the front door to Downtown Disney. I will definitely stay here again!"

"The Hosts are really Super, reactive in every of our demands and are diligents.The House is sparkling clean with a ideallic situation. Every attractions are 15 to 20minuts from the House, with many restaurants near by and shopping center near by to.the House worth every dollar that they ask for.The House have every things that we need (and we are a family with a child of 11 year old) and even a massage armchair.We all really appreciate each moment in that House!!"

"Super easy walk to the parks, we chose to walk most days as loading and unloading the children took more time than just heading there. Unfortunately one neighbor had a party the first Saturday we were there and the other neighbor had a party the next Saturday. They did not adhere to the 10pm curfew.
