"The beds were very comfortable, loved that each room had its own bathroom. However the hot water in one of the bathrooms was not constant, the home was very clean. The security definitely put my mind at ease. Thank you for providing filtered water! Nice place, would book again. "

"Our family loved staying in this beachfront condo. Wonderful location right by Balboa pier. Fun to ride bikes and walk along the boardwalk that runs right in front of the place. Also a five minute walk to the Balboa ferry. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a nice 2 mile walk up to Newport pier. Wonderful, clean space for our family of six. Owner super responsive."

"We really enjoyed staying in the apartment beside Katie's home! It's a lovely place - very comfortable! My only disappointment was that a hot tub was advertised on the VRBO site, but it didn't exist. Katie refunded us $100 and said she will update that on the site. Their backyard pool isn't heated, so it was too cool to use it without a hot tub in the fall. Katie was very nice."

"Everything was just perfect. Bed is comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen. Very close to town with places to eat and shop. Nice walk around the island on the bay front. There is a 3 car ferry to take you over to the ocean and Fun Zone. Nice restaurant on the bay with a great view. Newport Landing. Our host is the best and it's probably my 5th or 6th time staying there. I come back every year. :)"

"We had a lovely stay at this property. It easily accommodated my wife and I, my parents, and my two kids. We were very appreciative of the individual bathrooms for the main two rooms and the half bath on the main floor. There is a fold out sofa, which at the time was missing a screw to allow it to work, but the two extra folding beds did the trick for our kids. The complex is very nice, quiet, and clean. We did think we were possibly at the wrong place when we first arrived due to the...
