"Snorkeling right off the back deck was great. Sleeps six comfortably. However, it needs enough places for 6 people to sit while watching tv. Also the kitchen needs at least 6 plates and 6 sets of silverware. The bedroom tvs did not work with the remotes given. Couldn’t figure out the cable. Location was perfect and great restaurant close by. Grocery stores were close, but you need a car. The keys were tricky. Three sets but only one opened front and back door. The lights did not all work. Overall it was a great place to stay, with a few changes it would be perfect."

"Overall, we had a wonderful time! The view and private pool were fabulous. We used the pool daily as the yard is in direct sun all afternoon and can get very hot. Direct ocean access and snorkeling!! located at the quieter end of the island which we preferred. Close to a number of beautiful beaches and a few restaurants (1-10min driving) but further from a decent grocery store, which we knew ahead of time and took turns making trips. The place slept 10 people comfortably with plenty of bathrooms. Very clean! Quiet neighborhood. Some necessities we felt were missing:Hand towels for the bathrooms, wash cloths, and kitchen towels. We had one shower and one beach towel each that were used daily and couldn’t be spared for kitchen use. Definitely not enough toilet paper for 9 people (and we are not over users).The master suite was amazing but did not have a fitted sheet. Instead, a regular flat sheet covered the mattress and often needed adjusting or the mattress would become exposed. We would have loved balcony furniture to enjoy the balcony. extra info:Although they were respectful and appeared to try and make themselves scarce, there were some people doing construction next door. Not the end of the world but it did take away from the relaxing atmosphere a little. It also left debris on our chairs, in the pool and around the patio that were a little sharp if stepped on. Not a deal breaker to us, but may have been to others. "

"Absolutely loved our stay here. The location of our unit overlooking Playa Lagun was absolutely perfect. We loved the sunbeds and chairs overlooking the ocean and the stairs going into the water was perfect for snorkeling. We were also happy that barbecues were available for our use. We had a great stay and I would love to come back here one day."

"Close to the beach and 2 places to eat. Peter was super fast at dealing with things and answering questions. Our AC unit stopped working and he had a new one installed in 2 days! Now that is customer service. Pool and grounds were very clean and safe. I would return."

"This was our 4th time at Lagun which pretty much sums up how we like the location even though it's a 15-16 hour journey from Vancouver. Scott the host was great and Ivy greeted us within seconds of our arrival to let us in. The unit was very clean and updated. Would we stay again.....for sure ! Sad to be home and not snorkelling with the fish."

"We had a fantastic time staying at the villa. It is ideally positioned, preferable to other apartments overlooking the restaurant or the bay. It is peaceful and private with only the sound of birdsong from the surrounding gardens. We had fantastic views of the sunset which we never tired of. The hosts sent us useful information about shopping and car rental which we appreciated and were very quick to respond to any queries. We liked their thoughtful touches like a set of binoculars to watch the passing fishing boats and the frigate birds dive for fish and a Dive Curacao reference book. We dived 5 times with Bahia Diving and would recommend them. We found Playa Lagun bay to be the best for snorkelling in the area and it's a 2 minutes walk to the bay and Dive shop. We also drove to other beaches and hiked Mount Christoffel. We hope to return one day to this gem in Curacao."
