It was a unanimous agreement from everyone in the family that he made a difference to our stay in Batam. The property may be a bit aged but they are making efforts to upgrade the property progressively. The spa was world class. I am a seasoned traveler and the spa here was one of the top. This was my kids’ first time and I have to say I have spoiled them starting them with one of the best spa experience. Simply beautiful. A very memorable trip for my family. Returning to Batam after over 20 years, I was spoiled. Tried three resorts in Batam and this one wins hands down. Next time, I want to try the in-villa bbq. Sean and Michelle"

"I have one way to describe our stay… “when can we book our next stay” !! From the pre trip check in on our ferry timings to the pick up and drop at the hotel, the welcome and seamless check in. It was A+ customer service all the way. The hotel is new and everything is very well managed. The spa was great- we had the signature and herbal treatment, they also made a last min schedule change as per our request. The hotel has a wonder and huge pool with a restaurant catering to drinks and food pool side with a continental menu. The main restaurant in the hotel serves local cuisines but the very highlight is the breakfast spread. It’s sooo sooo sooo soo good, and very generous. It was my birthday, and the staff had decorated the room so beautifully. We stayed in the ocean terrace king room and wow, not to mention the huge balcony! The view was stunning. This review would not be completed without mentioning Indra who welcomes us and is such a talented mixologist. The smiles on the Sheraton staff faces and the unbelievable hospitality make this an epic epic trip! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️"

"Rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and the surroundings are quite beautiful. There are only two dining choices on weekdays and there many things to do during the day as the city and towns are not close and there are no interesting places to visit nearby. It's great if you want to sit around the pool all day, but not if you want to get out and see things."

"Fabulous hotel, only opened last October. Room was so well equipped. Lovely beachside restaurant, great food. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds, pools were amazing. Beach and sea beautiful. I cannot praise this hotel too highly. Highly recommend it for a lovely relaxing holiday. "

"Just checked out today after a short getaway with my girlfriends. Room was neat and clean. Plenty of space even though there were three of us. Mira and her colleagues at front desk were friendly and warm. They even remembered our ferry departure timing and came to remind us during breakfast when the shuttle to the ferry terminal was arriving. Overall awesome stay!"
