Overall experience was satisfying. Especially staff was kind and friendly enough to recommend the interesting activities & restaurant when we were not sure what to take. The entire facility is quite new, so it was really comfortable. But only 2 things I was disappointed is that the bath towel was quite dirty and the pillow had a sweat smell even when we entered the room. Since it’s quite new & overall service was nice, those points stood out… If those would get improved, I’d love to stay there again!

It is a nice brand new hotel with very comfortable rooms surrounded by garden like landscape where you can walk or bike on a paved trail around a lake and the other green parks in this large resort. It would be nice to see some water sports on this calm and clear water lake. Breakfast is great! Lunch and dinner cuisines however should need some improvements. Good job Four Points!

Very nice, spacious complex with a large pool area; extensive breakfast buffet, extremely friendly, courteous and helpful staff in all areas, restaurants with an appealing selection of dishes. Spa area with expert treatment. All in all, our eight-day stay was a complete success and we can recommend the resort without reservation.

Everything is good and top notch about this hotel. Hotel room is clean, view was great (seeing the ocean), staff is extremely friendly and helpful (even kids said that). Food - breakfast was very good too. However, as there are limited things to do in the hotel premises, family with kids will have to arrange to go out which hotel also help to arrange. However, transportation is very expensive, for example, arranging transport just to eat seafood may cost around 350,000 (rupiah). Activities outside hotel may be quite costly too, for example, the entrance fee to Safari Zoo is around 150,000 per pax, and feeding package will cost 350,000. So do remember to do your research first before going!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was spacious, very clean, and elegantly furnished, offering a stunning view of the beach. The hotel’s amenities, including the spa and restaurants, exceeded our expectations. El Lagoi Beach Club has an exceptional location at the beach and offers excellent food and drinks, more focussed on Western cuisine. Ararinda Lounge offers great bakery items for a snack in between. Rempah Kitchen offers a Breakfast that was a daily highlight, with an array of delicious options to suit everyone’s taste. For lunch and dinner we enjoyed the diverse buffet experience featuring Indonesian cuisine in rotating, regional food stalls. This is a MUST try! The quality of service was outstanding at every place at this hotel. This goes for each and every one of the staff. We would like to give special recognition to Nova, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect while enjoying our meals at Rempah Kitchen. Her warm and welcoming demeanor, combined with her impeccable attention to detail, made the meals even more enjoyable. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart. The entire hotel staff We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. This was our first time at Four Points Bintan and the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were extremely helpful and friendly . The hotel is still not fully open so some of the facilities has to improve but overall, we had a very good time. We spent most of the time at the El Lagoi Beach Club, which was a lovely place to relax and the staff was extremely friendly. Thank you, Febry , Dimas and Jesika for the lovely service. We will come again. Rooms need to improve, as our balcony area could not be used if it rained, and the sofas were not that comfortable, but it may be due to soft opening.

Everything is so good, from smiley staff to comfortable and clean room, not to mention the good food at Rampah cafe. We were greeted by friendly n helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Service staff at front counter and Rampah cafe were very helpful. The room is nice n clean and with spectacular sea view and pool view. Lagoi bay is beautiful. And when the shuttle bus came late for our pick up to the ferry terminal, their staff took the initiative to send us is hotel’s private vehicle! So impressive. Nice beach & food but need better maintenance
The beach is very beautiful with snow white sand. The hotel is very new but depreciates quickly with blister on the wall in our room and the door to the balcony doesn’t work well. Dehumidification in ac is not good. The pillows and quilts are a bit wet during our stay and I got insect bites on bed. The pool is nice but have to pay attention to those loose drain covers near the pool. I almost fell when I stepped on a loose drain. The breakfast is really nice with lots of options. Had a chance to try different local food and drinks which we haven’t never seen in Indonesian restaurants nearby.

The property was nice & new. Half the hotel rooms are still under construction but you don’t even realize that. The check in staff was courteous; the transportation staff, housekeeper, all exceptional. The breakfast was also amazing-good staff. The servers at the pool bar, however, should be re-trained. They were so slow, never coming for an order quickly. I decided to order 2 drinks at a time so I didn’t have to wait. They are the same servers around the pool & they make it hard to order anything as they are not around. there were around 7staff at the pool bar, all on phones/ chatting& laughing with each other. how awful will service be if the whole hotel is full? you have to beg to get your bill, so we resorted to just walking away until they chase you down for a signature. 2 incidents happened that were poorly handled. 1-my husband ordered a Moscow mule, then he commented that it tasted awful & there was not any alcohol in it. We passed it around the table & all agreed. The server came back and asked how is the drink? I said it tasted like no alcohol. Then he giggles &says we forgot. If we had said fine, was he just going to keep the extra alcohol? 2-when it rains there is not any drainage around the pool bar at all, some boards are already rotting and falling in. Worse, the tiles inside are super slippery & 4 kids fell. My kid was very badly hurt, then staff started vacuuming the water. A few more kids fell. We were offered only a milkshake for free.

Es gab ein Upgrade , weil wir länger als 9 Tage da waren. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. Der Pool und der Garten waren herrlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und sehr reichlich. Es gab indonesisches und auch europäisches Frühstück. Auch wurden Wünsche berücksichtigt. Das ganze Personal vom Kellner bis zum Gärtner oder auch das houskeeping waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde immer nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung wäre oder ob wir einen anderen Wunsch hätten. Am Pool wurden manchmal kostenlos frische Säfte verteilt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub und würden immer wieder dort Urlaub machen.
