"The property had a lively feel, yet I also felt like I could find a quiet spot to relax whenever I wanted one, whether on the beach, near the pool, or in the other public areas. Beriana at the front desk was amazing! She helped me arrange a car service to the boat terminal for a speedboat to Batam Island for the following day. She recognized and greeted me warmly when I went to check out and meet the driver, and that meant a lot to me. The external car service (driver Khalid) was wonderful. Special thanks to Benny at the pool as well! I live thousands of miles away but really hope to return to Bintan someday. The staff and others I met were a huge part of that!"

It was a unanimous agreement from everyone in the family that he made a difference to our stay in Batam. The property may be a bit aged but they are making efforts to upgrade the property progressively. The spa was world class. I am a seasoned traveler and the spa here was one of the top. This was my kids’ first time and I have to say I have spoiled them starting them with one of the best spa experience. Simply beautiful. A very memorable trip for my family. "Just checked out today after a short getaway with my girlfriends. Room was neat and clean. Plenty of space even though there were three of us. Mira and her colleagues at front desk were friendly and warm. They even remembered our ferry departure timing and came to remind us during breakfast when the shuttle to the ferry terminal was arriving. Overall awesome stay!"
