Angsana is a charming property situated between 2 other resorts, part of the Banyan Tree parent company. Amazingly private beach, unique rooms with very easy access to pools and beach. Incredibly good food, lovely staff.

Excellent stay overall, gorgeous beach. very kind staff, very good service. Good food but priced for Singaporeans, much more expensive than 5 star resorts in Lombok. Activities on the beach could be better organized, as the jet skis broke down 2 days in a row. Very interesting lecture on turtles with the release of the hatchlings into the ocean waters. Overall great.

Horrible place , horrible food and expensive. Staff is very friendly and they do the best they can. However, the property is very bad and outdated. The facilities are horrible , the food very bad. However, it is very expensive. The food and the drinks are as expensive as a 5 start resort .

Perfect Getaway for Family
Truth be told, the property is quite dated. However, they make up with excellent, friendly and authentic service. Staffs (Hotna, Wiwik, Gin etc) are very warm and welcoming and you could tell that they are very genuine. My family was initially not quite happy with the condition of the rooms but the Management was quick to change for us on the next day. Very proactive and attentive. Otherwise, do not expect too much as this is a very resort style decoration. Cassia, which is next door and was opened in 2017, seems more trendy. In terms of dining options, this is quite okay as visitors can always go the neighbouring Banyan Tree Resort or Cassia in addition to the two restaurants/cafe located within the property. The private beach is very well maintained. Scenery is superb, so this is a perfect venue for a short getaway with laid back atmosphere. We tried the Angsana Spa and were very happy and impressed. Everything was so on point and the skills of the spa therapists (Tati and Rose) are one of the best I have come across. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay for my family. Hope to visit this resort again soon.

Kiva hotelli keskellä ei mitään.
Hotelli oli vanhahko, mutta kaikin puolin siisti. Huone oli rempattu jossain vaiheessa ja oli siisti, terassi tosin oli hieman kärsinyt kosteudesta. Henkilökunta jopa hieman ärsyttävän ystävällistä ja huone hinkattiin kahteen kertaan joka päivä. Aamiainen olin varsin monipuolinen, mutta iltaruokailu oli varsin ylihinnoiteltua, joten hinta laatu suhde melko huono. Muita ruokaloita, kun lähistöllä ei ole. Alue on siis varsin eristetty muusta maailmasta, joten aktiviteetit on aika vähissä.

ツインベッドが希望だったのでバンヤンツリーでなくこちらに滞在しました。 ゴルフ場がすぐあり、空いていますし宿泊者は割引もあったので良かったです。 ゴルフから帰ってきても、部屋の掃除は全くされていませんでした。その後お願いして掃除してもらいましたが、バスタブの床は流しただけのようで、ヌルヌル滑り転びそうでした。 朝食は残念としかいいようのない内容でした。アジアの国ではよくヌードルステーションがありますが、ここのはインスタントヌードルです。インスタントと表示してあります。朝から不健康な感じでした。またビールやワインなどアルコールは非常に高価です。やはりツインベッドがなくてもバンヤンツリーにするべきでした。 残念な夏休みになりました。訪れるに値しない宿だと思います。

A nice resort hotel for recharging and unwinding
A nice destination for a quick getaway from the hustle and bustle of Singapore. The staff is very helpful and the activities available onsite offer a chance to unwind. Whether you want to just chillax or partake in various activities, this resort offers ample chances for both.

This hotel must have been very fancy when built, but now it would definitely need some refurbishment. In late February hotel was very quiet, which was nice as there were always free sunbeds and breakfast tables. The food and spa treatments are ridicilously expensive (even compared to Singapore!) Service in the resort was always very friendly.

Hotelli on kuvista päätellen aivan unelma mutta paikan päällä pieni pettymys. Tulimme ultrapuhtaasta Singaporesta viikonlopuksi Bintaniin ja hotellin siisteystaso oli alhainen, hintataso samaa luokkaa kuin Singaporessa. Hieman ylihintainen, mutta hyvä.

Great property. We were upgraded to a suite with ocean views. Very spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good size bathroom with all amenities. Welcome gift. Plenty of bottles of water. Good size pool, very refreshing. Excellent service by staff. Excellent food in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice beach to walk on but water was dirty as Monsoon season. Spa services fantastic. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend.
