"Our first trip to Newport did not disappoint. This boardwalk/beachfront property was exactly as described. High-end amenities and furnishings with spectacular views and easy beach access makes this property ideal for families. Living room and master room fireplaces made the home cozy on rainy days. "This hotel is excellent with beautifully appointed rooms. Those with views of the pool are superb. Checkin was easy and the associate at the desk was great. My only complaint is that breakfast was a mess. The staff looked overwhelmed by all the people and kids and were unorganized. I get a menu myself, and even after that no one came to take my order, so I decided to leave."

Nice hotel but shuttle problem

"Nice hotel, however we called for shuttle service pick up at nearby airport and they never came. We had to call again after waiting 20 minutes, and someone came to pick us up. But we waited over 30 minutes to finally be picked up. "
