"As large as the Chateau Frontenac is, many of the staff remember us. We're always greeted with smiles. The most recent time that we stayed there, we were chatting with some of the staff members. When we wished them well and prepared to leave, I overheard one of them say "Her mother used to work here." He was recalling a note that I left a few years ago, describing my mom's enjoyment at working the front desk back in the 1940s."

"The property was a nice stay and we enjoyed the comfort of the rooms and it was quite spacious with three big suitcases and a big stroller. We had three more carry ons and a diaper bag, and a bassinet. It was very comfortable for us. I would recommend this hotel. "

"This place is perfect for kids big and small! The pool is spotless the staff are very friendly and very bilingual. The resurant on sight is 10/10 and not expensive. It's like your left Canada and walked into a resort. We definitely will be back!!"
