The pull out couch is not a traditional pull out bed. It’s a leather couch that lays flat. My best estimate is slightly larger than an extra long twin. "Ive stayed in alot of vrbo/airbb places and this by far was the worst. Most places have a booklet or paper stating where to find things such a pool or near by attractions there was absolutely nothing at this place. The place was stinky and completely dirty. There was spiders and cobwebs all over the walls and in every corner. The little patio was covered in dirt,leaves and dead bugs. "A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. "
