"A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. "

"Ample space, good location, quiet neighbors (some nearby street noise). Beds are comfy. Kitchen stocked (even has spices, sugar and coffees). Plenty of hot water for all our group of 6. Covered parking space a plus. "

"We stayed in the unit for 3 nights and we really enjoyed it. The bedrooms each have their own en suite bathroom, and everything is impeccable. We enjoyed the outdoor patio with the rock garden. And the location is excellent as well. Highly recommend it. "

"The house was in quiet part of town. There was a grocery store and restaurant on the same block (although not a ton of choice otherwise). It was good to have parking on site. The beach was undergoing restoration so it was a little hard to get to, but it was close. "

"Even though I booked thru VRBO, this property is managed by iTrip. My only negative comment is I had to pay a $140 fee to VRBO. But thereafter all arrangements and communication was thru iTrip. iTrip was very helpful, professional and courteous. Checkin and Checkout was excellent and all communication with iTrip was exceptional, fast responses, and Courteous. "

"My daughters had a 3 day weekend so we planned some beach time. It was important for us to be right on the sand, and that we were! It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. We walked to the fun zone and to dinner each night so didn't cook at all but enjoyed...
