"The hotel is set at the back of Puerto de la Cruz, but has good views across the town. There is parking, and at the time of writing, the cost was €10 per night. Although parts of the hotel are a little dated, it is clean, and well run. Staff were very friendly. We had the all inclusive. The food was a good variety of Spanish and International cuisine, and there was plenty of choices. The hotel had plenty of amenities, such as gym, tennis court, table tennis, petanque and pool to name a few. The...

"Lovely new infinity pool which was great to spend time by. Location is very central to Las Americas strip which is good for walking to restaurants but meant very noisy at night so struggled to sleep. Walls thin so could hear the noise from the neighbouring rooms and the corridor. We had breakfast included which was fine but nothing to rave about. Spa changing room was very dirty. Overall average hotel - if the infinity pool wasn’t there it would be rated lower! "

"Stayed here some years ago, so knew the local. We only popped to Tenerife for 2 nights (yes, it’s perfectly doable as a short break). We had a 3rd floor room with sea view. Bed was comfy and lovely view. Would recommend. "

"The hotel is a great place to relax, catch the sun and watch the waves breaking on the rocks. There is not much to see in the vicinity by walking distance but with a car or excursions you can see more. Personally I like to stay in the hotel and the staff are outstanding, very friendly and happy to help."

"The rooms were big, we had a sea view and a roof terrace. Maintenance was being done and the property is well presented. We got an upgrade from a single room studio with three beds, to a three bed apartment for no particular reason, which was fabulous! "

"I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited. "Beautiful hotel with nice and spacious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Perfectly located with lots of restaurants and, supermarkets and just a short walk from the Beach strip. Loved my stay here."

"When we arrived we were really impressed with Lobby and pool area - it’s a beautiful hotel. Check in had quite a big Q - not sure why they haven’t introduced on line check in as that would have made the process quicker. Rooms are a little dated but very clean with plenty of storage. No water in the room and we didn’t see any water filling stations - which is disappointing for what we paid.
