"The hotel had a lovely view of the volcano and the mountains, but it was quite a long walk away from high street down a steep hill. It wasn’t a problem to do the walk a couple of times, but definitely not every day. "The stay was great after a big initial problem was sorted out. The room we were allocated (604) was on the ocean side of the building and had a great ocean view. HOWEVER the two apartments either side were privately owned and were occupied by VERY noisy Spanish people/families. So almost immediately we went to Reception to ask if we could change rooms. There were no rooms available that day for what we had paid so, to get a nice quiet room facing the pool we had to pay another 10 Eur a night....
