"This was easily one of our best vacations ever! The villa was the perfect size and location for our group of 19. With unused rooms--we turned one into the "massage suite"--we were able to spread out and easily enjoy our own spaces. "A few days before arrival, Mario the property manager sent me directions and was available to pick us up from the airport. A short 20 minute ride and you arrive at the Villa. With so many things to do in the area, it’s hard to leave. But when you come back, it’s your own slice of paradise. Anytime there was something that needed attention, Mario was on top of it. "The unit that VRBO had me prepay for did not exist!! I was in another country with no where to stay. I tried to contact VRBO numerous times but this issue has still not been resolved. I haven’t gotten my money back and I havent heard from anyone directly. The fact that I am filling out a questionaire about a stay that did not happen is a prime example of the disconnect in communication."
