"In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower. Air conditioning so loud when on that it couldn't be used while sleeping. Beach had fancy beds rather than lounges, but no where near enough to handle the crowd. Guest joke, "ask...

"My husband and I enjoyed the resort, had great activities, night events, etc. Some restaurants were only available to members. Also had to come daily in person at 3:30pm to make your dinner reservations at certain restaurants. Unless it's a buffet, o reservation required."

"Overall the resort was great. I was there for a wedding and enjoyed the stay. I think improvements can be made when trying to make dinner reservations. The VIP office was closed whenever I tried to make a dinner plans and had to call from my room phone. I also think for the VIP price, Wi-Fi should be offered. Had the most fun at Harmony Beach. Manny was very attentive and provided the best service."

"El lugar no es nada como se ve en las fotos. Ni siquiera presenta que hay que pasar un puente para ir a los restaurantes. La playa es horrible, el área al rededor del hotel es fatal. Y para completar, Expedía me cobró el doble de lo que costaba la habitación. El precio del hotel era $ 85 y Expedía me cobró $ 201.
