"The hotel is beautiful, all the staff were extremely nice and friendly. The food is great, however they need to work a little bit in the rooms. The rooms were smelling humid. We had to change the first room due to humidity. Mr. Milton Pimentel and Mr. Junior they both facilitated our change to a very nice room. The second room was fantastic!"

"We had a beautiful renovated room, very spacious, double sinks and a huge balcony. The a la carts were all delicious, loved the Italian but all were good. The staff are so nice everywhere you go, can't ask for better service. There are 13 pools to choose from, all have bar service, the spa pool is quiet and lovely. We will be going back! We had a great time. It is a huge resort and a lot of walking but shuttles are available and take you where to you need to go. The resort is very safe, the casino is fun at night and open until 2. Most bars close at 11 or 12. You can't go wrong with this resort. "

"This is my second time here after 10 yrs . Improved a lot . Excellent breakfast. Nice area walkable to bars and restaurants. I am single . Very nice to me room quiet cleaning staff cafe staff security guys . All best. Will come back again .love sossua."
