"If you're looking for a place to recharge your batteries this is it. Took a bit of finding (keep going to end of the road when you turn onto Camino del Chamizo) and the roads are very steep, but was worth the effort. The house is well equipped and spacious. The views from the outside area are spectacular. Would definitely recommend a stay here and we will hopefully be back."

"the villa was part of a small complex on a Banana plantation and had been converted to a high standard with generous rooms, double beds, good showers, kitchen etc. The outdoors area was well set out with plenty of private room and a small plunge pool for when the temperature soars. The complex is a drive away from anywhere and there is no wandering to the nearest shops or beach - you will need to get in your car for everythng. "We spent 2 wonderful weeks at La Bodega over the New Year. The cottages are located in the pretty and friendly village of St. Miguel, an ideal base for excursions in all directions of the island.
