"Hotel was very clean. The All inclusive was very confusing and the times that you could eat in some restaurants was also confusing. The food in the buffet restaurant breakfast was very nice lunch time was ok but the evening was the same every night. If you liked salad you would be ok. Sometimes it took a long time to get a drink as you are not able to go to the bar to get one yourself and had to wait for a member of staff to see you waiting. "Stayed here some years ago, so knew the local. We only popped to Tenerife for 2 nights (yes, it’s perfectly doable as a short break). We had a 3rd floor room with sea view. Bed was comfy and lovely view. Would recommend. "

"We had a lovely stay at hotel Troya! We were a little apprehensive but actually turned out to be a great hotel! Adults only pool was a hit for us! Room was spacious, clean & modern. Restaurant food was great for what we paid, yes it was it sometimes wasn’t always hot but it’s a buffet so what can you expect! The variety was great and we always had a great meal! Drinks were good value for money also. Hotel is right on the beach, easy walking to all the resorts in this area! Bus stop less than...

"Recently refurbished and what a great hotel. Fantastic facilities and great pools. Free breakfast with everything you can think of available. Very friendly staff and 3 restaurants on site. Alcohol and soft drink prices were also very reasonably priced. Let’s to do with entertainment during the day and evening. Will come back later this year."

"Our first time here since COVID, it was as nice as it had been previously. There had been some nice improvements in the decor and drinks very reasonably priced. Staff were excellent and nothing was a problem. The only 2 observations of a negative nature, no half board allowance at the fish restaurant was a disappointment and the infrequent nature of the shuttle bus, given the fact the hotel is at the top of a hill."

"The rooms were big, we had a sea view and a roof terrace. Maintenance was being done and the property is well presented. We got an upgrade from a single room studio with three beds, to a three bed apartment for no particular reason, which was fabulous! "

"The hotel is a great place to relax, catch the sun and watch the waves breaking on the rocks. There is not much to see in the vicinity by walking distance but with a car or excursions you can see more. Personally I like to stay in the hotel and the staff are outstanding, very friendly and happy to help."

"My stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife was an incredible experience, offering the perfect mix of luxury, entertainment, and relaxation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with outstanding service, stylish décor, and a vibrant atmosphere that truly lives up to the Hard Rock brand.The food at the hotel was exceptional, with a variety of high-quality dining options catering to all tastes. Whether it was the lavish breakfast buffet, gourmet dinners, or poolside snacks, every meal was delicious and well-presented. The selection of international cuisines, fresh ingredients, and top-notch service made dining a highlight of our stay.The hotel offers everything you could want for a perfect holiday. The multiple pools, including an adults-only area, were well-maintained and had a great atmosphere. The Rock Spa was an oasis of relaxation, and the fitness center was well-equipped. Entertainment was top-tier, with live music, DJ performances, and themed events creating an electric energy throughout the resort.Our modern, beautifully designed room had everything we needed – stylish décor, top-quality amenities, and an incredible view. However, despite requesting a double bed, we were given two single beds pushed together, which was a slight disappointment. "Lovely hotel and looked exactly like the photos. We also liked Pedro and Jorge from the specialist restaurants. Only problem was that We had a birthday and they didn’t actually do anything for you and told us too late that we could have paid to have the name on the castle. Also the buffet and pizza restaurants were too short staffed at times. "
