Alessandro was extremely helpful when we needed help with a suitcase lock and answered all questions so promptly, even though he was away on holiday. Beds were really comfortable and the villa had everything you need. Pool is perfect for adults but a little deep for small children in my opinion. "We have stayed at this development before so were familiar with it's great location and this apartment was fantastic. Lots of space both inside and on the terrace, well equiped and very clean. It is located next to the pool and also the bar but this shuts at 9pm and we didn't hear any noise of an evening, even on xmas eve and xmas day. The only thing which could be a problem for some groups is that 1 of the bedrooms (and a bathroom) which located downstairs doesn't have a door between them and...

"the property is in need of a little TLC but overall not bad, the pool was kept to a very high standard the TV could do with updating and the one in the main bedroom does not work as no connection to the internet all in all we enjoyed our stay many thanks to Jon"

"Arrived around 8pm, short taxi ride from airport Hiperdino Express a short walk away, got some supplies to take us through to next day. 7 guests in 4 double bedrooms, the master is a huge room with a large sofa as well as a king bed. Two more on suite bedrooms and a family bathroom for bedroom 4. Large lounge with loads of channels on TV, well equipped kitchen and two outside dining areas/BBQ. "Stayed for a week in April 2024. Had a warm welcome from the owners on arrival, and they were friendly and helpful throughout. The house had a great heated pool on the terrace and a lovely covered dining/ seating area which got a lot to of use throughout our stay. Everything was spotless and well equipped. Had a great trip and would def recommend!"

"We were 6 People who had a very beautiful stay. Thanks to the Location which was very quiet. There are three Barths, just one of them didnt work After a few days anymore, But we still got two left (all good). The Pool was heated up an got cleaned very often. The view to the sea and the sunsets were just stunning :) The House was clean and comfy. If we go to Teneriffa again we would come back to the House :) "

"Lovely property with all the amenities required. Pool, sunbeds, sauna, supermarket with reasonable prices in site. Beach front property spectacular views and sunsets. "

"Really nice place to stay in a great location. The apartments are lovely but you can tell room by room which ones have been modernised. Everything was lovely except the bathroom, really old and the showers were awful. Zero pressure and no hot water. Bath takes at least 30 minutes to fill up aswell. Television is absolutely pointless has 2 channels with weak signal and is about 20 years old. Aside this the whole apartment was absolutely lovely and a fantatsic size."

"Great room! Lovely big bed. The golf view terrace with sun loungers was amazing if you wanted an alternative to pool side. Great pool area with one accessible pool via ramp. Indian restaurant located in hotel was pretty good. Unfortunately multiple balcony door locks where broken meaning the room was unsecure. This was fixed after asking at reception within a couple of hours. Not ideal as this should be checked by hotel but happy the issue was resolved. Expensive hotel shop but loads of choice within a 20 minute walk. Would stay again!"

"amazing value for money. I couldn't recommend it more. it's an architectural marvel which perfectly blends into the surrounding. It's nearby one of the best beaches ok the island. It also offers amazing sunsets and stunning ocean views with nearby island gomera in the background. The quality of service is outstanding. we always felt wholeheartedly welcome and all staff was attentive to our needs. it exceeded all my expectations and I'm surely coming again hopefully soon 👌"

Wonderful stay at the Meliá

"It is a lovely hotel with great facilities for adults. The check-in was very good and lovely helpful staff. Our junior suite was a great size with a balcony overlooking the pool. We were staying half board and the food especially at breakfast was excellent. There was the opportunity to sit outside on the terrace which was very nice indeed as the views were amazing. The pool area was lovely and we managed to get sun loungers each morning. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely return or visit another Meliá hotel. "
