"I had a great stay at this hotel. It was cold in Chicago and the room was well heated, good cable tv, fridge and quiet. Any and every time I am in Chicago I stay at this hotel. Right next to Denny's and the gas station store is stocked with everything you could ever need. Plus close to the airport. I suggest it to all my convention and seminar convention goers. You cant beat the prices.. plus its a good bed in a safe area with all the amenities you need. Have a great day. "

"I booked my room in advance but was denied service due to my ID being expired. Even though I tried to show them my credit cards and even social security card they would not allow me to check in. So just days before Christmas I am out the cost of the room and was left with nowhere to sleep for the night. Extremely unhappy with how unprofessional the staff was "
