"I’ve stayed at many places but this is definitely one of my favorites. The building looks brand new and very well-maintained. There is a hangout room on the top floor with a huge Tv and coffee machine. Next to it is a small gym with a bathroom and a shower! There is also WiFi that works very well in both rooms! "Very nice, clean, two-bedroom apartment located within 2 miles of airport. Edward was great at communicating and answering questions. Beds were very comfortable. Secure parking. Only downside was the noise at night from the street."

"I would suggest that communication about location include the name of the building and the section of the city, i.e., Latitud Yoses, San Pedro, San José. That would have made my getting here MUCH easier than simply Calle 35, San José. Since Call35 is only a block and a half long, locals cannot even tell you where it is. More detail would have been much more helpful."

"Loved the very close proximity to the airport for our early morning flight. Clean, cute and comfortable. We struggled with the payment system, but that was a phone service issue on our end. Would have been easier if we could've paid in the Expedia app. The owner was very accommodating though and met us so we could pay with cash. Thank you!"

"Urban Escalante is a great -lace to stay. Good location to walk to many things, the building has a lot to offer if it’s raining outside. This condo is reasonably priced."

"I made a reservation, and when the date came by, I contact them via text to receive check-in instructions, and they told me they did not had rooms for me. I ask for a refund, and they ghosted me. I highly suggest looking for other places"

"The neighborhood is pretty quiet, and the house is at the end of a dead-end street, so even better. The apartment is one of four in the house, and very well appointed for a few days or longer. It has everything you need to visit the city, included a washing machine. We had a rental car, which would normally park on the street, but the owner was generous and allowed us to park in the garage as no one else was using it at the time.
