"For a first time ski weekend this hotel couldn’t be better! Located just by the ski lifts, secure ski lockers were provided. The room was very cosy and warm, clean, well equipped, warm soft light and hot showers. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. On last day we were able to store our belongings in the locker and take shower in a separate space for departing guests. "I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. "Our second time at this hotel and cannot fault the experience at all. The staff are excellent, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast is great. Add to this an excellent location with parking for a super price and I really don't know how it can be beaten. We'll definitely return."

"We are two senior Canadian couples on a road tour of Spain and Portugal. Monasteries de los Basilios Hotel was a very welcome find! The hotel is full of history, easy to find with parking close by (about 150 metres to indoor secure lot. From reception to housekeeping and breakfast, we enjoyed our entire stay!"

"Three rooms were booked for our friends trip to the Alhambra in Granada. All of us were happy with our rooms, which were spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast offered in the restaurant was excellent. Bar service for beverage hour was also excellent. Definitely recommend. (We taxied to shopping / dining area as well as to Alhambra.)"

"The Inglaterra is a nice hotel located close to the tourist area and the central business district. Tourist sites like the Sacromonte and the Alhambra are within easy walking distance. There are plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The building is very clean and well maintained. The only issue I had was that there are several bars close by and people party at these until the early morning hours and can be heard. With that said, it didn’t keep me awake or spoil my time in Granada. Overall, this is a really nice hotel in a very good location and I strongly recommend it."
