"The Eurostars hotel was very nice. The staff is excellent and the room fine. There were some issues and they were dealt with quickly. Problems: We had to unload luggage and there is no good spot to do this. It would be great if they could arrange a spot to use for offloading luggage before parking (we were told to use the public parking because they thought our car was too big??…?) They should prepare clients for this. Another hotel sent an email to notify clients where to go and how to handle...

"The rooms are very basic. The hotel is located just outside the older moorish district. Breakfast was above basic but not a total buffet. "Absolutely loved this hotel. The self check in is confusing at first but you sort it out in the end. Super clean and you get access to other facilities at the Gran Hotel. However the communication was a bit confusing as we didn’t realise what we had access to on the last day there. Staff were so helpful when we left luggage with them. The bathroom is the best! "

The spa/sauna needs to be reserved per use and was a bit inconvenient as we were instructed to come down in bathrobes and slippers. But it was mostly empty and easy to access.
