It’s a great pick for a hotel in Granada, with all the restaurants and the Alhambra near by. The taxi station is down the street. Hotel called us a taxi at 6am and it arrived in one minute

The room is small but the location is excellent. It is 13 min walk to the Alhambra, 5 min walk to the city center, about 10minutes wall to the sightseeing spot of San Nicolas, close to everything.

Our stay at Palacio Santa Inés was wonderful! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room and bed so comfortable and inviting and the location of the hotel was super convenient to all that we planned to see. We were disappointed that we had only planned to stay one night!

This hotel has the best staff I have ever encountered. So helpful with recommendations and explaining the area. The breakfast was okay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Rooms are not sound proof if you are a light sleeper. Location is fantastic!

It is a beautiful 16th century building. Everything was great. Breakfast facilities a little crowded, but understandable given limitations of room size. The only property that notified me about the parking and advised parking garage and paid for the taxi to hotel. That is good customer service.

The place is quiet and beautiful, very convenient to shopping and hanging around. No parking lot. While we were leaving, the hotel staff helped to call a taxi to pick us up, no more than 5 mins, 30 stairs away. Would love to come back
